Registration Guidance

OFGEM has published new registration guidance and supporting materials to assist heat network operators and suppliers operating under deemed authorisation in understanding their regulatory obligations.
Energunite will review the published guidance and provide affected clients with a clear, supply-specific assessment covering:
1. Whether any existing gas supplies fall within OFGEM’s definition of a heat network
2. The regulatory obligations applicable to each supply, including any exemptions or reduced obligations
3. The required next steps for registration where applicable
This initial review will be undertaken at no charge.
Subject to the outcome of the review and the requirements set out in the guidance, Energunite may subsequently offer ongoing monitoring and support with the registration process where required.
